Zeolite-containing photocatalysts immobilized on aluminum support by plasma electrolytic oxidation

The preparation and properties of zeolite-containing oxide coatings obtained by plasma electrolytic oxidation are investigated discussed. Pure Ce-exchanged natural (clinoptilolite) synthetic (13X) zeolites immobilized on aluminum support from silicate-based electrolyte. Obtained characterized with respect to their morphology, phase chemical composition, photocatalytic activity anti-corrosion properties. It is observed that all mentioned dependent processing time type zeolite. Coatings zeolite show higher more effective corrosion protection than those pure highest for processed in pulsed a DC regime 30 minutes containing 13X zeolite, followed clinoptilolite.
